Time & Day
Our shop is open to receive phone orders from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm or Saturday up to 12pm. By prior arrangement, deliveries and installations on Sundays or public holidays can be arranged. Take note of our Delivery Notice below this page to keep track of any announcement on public holidays.

Same Day Delivery - order before 11am Monday to Friday $15.00
No Same-Day delivery on Saturdays, Order must be placed
before 6pm Friday to ensure that your order is delivered on
a Saturday. -
VIP delivery - if you require early morning or evening deliveries- from $40.00 (depending on the location)

Business Addresses
Please order one day before intended date of delivery. We are unable to guarantee arrival of your order on a business address before 5 pm if you order on the same day. Please give us a call or email us at info@creativeballoons.co.nz before ordering.

Please place your order at least one day before the intended date of delivery to guarantee your booking, especially for orders going to a business address. Same day deliveries must come in before 11 am. Large or custom-made orders for special events must be placed at least 2 business days before the delivery time.

Please indicate the correct address of your recipient. When sending to an office, building or hospital, do not forget to indicate unit number, level number or ward number. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can cause delays and are likely to incur extra courier charges.

Be aware that there is no exact time of delivery. Except if you arrange for VIP delivery, we can only give you an estimated time e.g. between 12 and 1 pm for orders placed the day prior to the date of delivery, or 4 to 6 pm for same day delivery. Also, please make sure someone is there to receive our delivery. Redirection or redelivery will require additional courier charges.

Your order may not arrive on time or exactly at the hands of the recipient, especially if it is delivered in a building, office or hospital that has a main reception area in charge of receiving all incoming deliveries. In this case, you need to make your recipient aware of the delivery.​

Cancelling orders or making changes to your order may incur administrative charges. You cannot cancel order once it has been dispatched from our shop. Please read our policy on returns and refunds if you need to make cancellations or changes to your order.

Delivery
Arrival
Generally, we require orders to be placed the day before the target date of delivery to ensure they arrive around midday (between 12 and 2 pm). All orders made on the same day will be delivered approximately between 4 and 6 pm (No same-day deliveries on Saturdays).
Busy Days when your order is likely to arrive late
On special occasions, eg. Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we may not be able to comply to our usual delivery time, so please phone or email us if you have any concern about the time.
Business addresses and the risk of 'same-day-delivery'
Kindly place your order the day before intended date of delivery to ensure that your order arrives on that day. Some days can get extremely busy and traffic can go from bad to worse, so we do not encourage a 'same-day-delivery' for business addresses unless it is put on a VIP stand-alone delivery. To make sure, give us a call or email us before placing your order for same day deliveries.
You may request a specific time of delivery by phone or email, however this might require additional charges or a VIP delivery. For weekend decorating jobs or large orders, we normally arrange a specific time for delivery or installation without incurring any charges.

Payments
& Refund
We accept credit card payments or direct bank transfer. Approved corporate accounts will receive a statement after each order with 15-day payment term.
Refunds will only be made for items delivered faulty or items not delivered. Complaints must be lodged within 24 hours after delivery or no later than 3 days A photo showing the condition of the product will also be required. We will no give any full refunds for items that were delivered late because of wrong addresses or circumstances beyond our control. More on cancellations and refunds, click here.
