  Buy this ticket if you've ordered 3 arrangements,
  or 31 to 45 helium balloons

Option 4  $ 52.00
  Buy this ticket if you've ordered 4 arrangements,
  or 46 to 60 helium balloons

More than 60 helium balloons, please inquire about VIP delivery.
